Be in Shape, Be Healthy.

Healthy weight
Maintain Healthy weight.

Everyone wants to be healthy and look best.  Men now a days want to have pack abs and muscular body. When you have a good physic everything you wear looks good on you.

Women dream of having a so called zero sized body figure.  In order to be in shape we need to do a lot of things like, daily exercises to burn our body fats and have to follow strict dieting as to get into a desired body shape.

Only few of us practice it for a long term because not everyone of us have a plenty of time to spend in gym and not everyone of us have enough money to spend on daily diets.

People like us, who hardly earns living have no choice rather than staying bulgy and out of shape.

The ranges are: • Normal: Less than 120 over 80 (120/80) • Elevated: 120-129/less than 80 • Stage 1 high blood pressure: 130-139/80-89 • Stage 2 high blood pressure: 140 and above/90 and above • Hypertension crisis: higher than 180/higher than 120 -- See a doctor right away If your blood pressure is above the normal rang
